All stock and prices (UK Pounds Sterling) are subject to availability; please allow up to 7 days for delivery - however, it is possibly to fulfil orders sooner than this, so please let us know if your order is urgent. Postage is quoted at source and there are no hidden extras.

Refunds/Exchanges

Any faulty product will be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been damaged by the recipient. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of their receipt, though return costs must be met. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met.

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.

To pay by Cheque/Cash or Postal Order, please send the cost of your order, including postage, to Unique Promotions, 8 the Arcade, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, P021 1LH.

In Accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to a third party. We will try to deliver within a few days of receipt of order (allow extra where cheque needs clearance) - any delay will be notified to you immediately via email but you should allow up to 7 days in total. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will discuss with you the soonest we can deliver it to you.
